THE HISTORY

CITY OF THE VATICAN

Anzio (RM)

Genzano (RM)

PROVINCE OF FROSINONE

Anagni (FR)

Bolsena (VT)
The origins of Bolsena are ancient, they go back to the III century b.Ch. The medieval village is dominated from Castello Monaldeschi, erected from the Orvietan between the XIII and XIVth. century. It is introduced as a plain construction to square with tower angles. TYPICAL PLATES:
Gnocchi to the Roman: a kind of gnocchi of potatoes, round, cooked in milk and baked with cheese and yolks of egg .
